Let’s Meet
First, I start by meeting with you, listening and understanding what you are trying to achieve. This could just be an idea, something you saw and want to try, a need, or a thoughtful design. This initial consultation begins at your home or office. During our first visit I begin the journey with you, understanding your needs, making suggestions, sharing my knowledge and experience while beginning to eliminate the clutter and getting to the actual project criteria. There is no fee charged for this initial consultation.
Some thoughts to consider for our first meeting…….
- You have this great, crazy idea and need to know how to make it happen.
- You have a picture of what you want and need to know where to begin.
- You are considering one room for updating.
- You need a whole house renovation.
- There are areas in your home that you want to restore to their original state.
- You are considering an environmentally friendly space.
- Your outside space needs curb appeal.
- Your outside space lacks entertainment and fun spaces.
- Your office, retail, restaurant requires a refresh, is it no longer efficient and, or a great place to work.
- Do you need to downsize?
- Do you need to stage and prepare you property for sale?
- Do you just want to do something but do not know where to start?
- You just want to add color to your living or work space.
- Do you have a budget in mind?
Once I feel I completely understand your needs, I will develop a project plan that outlines concept to final design, construction through completion, timelines, fees and a high-level budget for your consideration at which time you decide on whether to move forward. This is a step by step process directed by you.
